We exist to glorify God by worshiping Him and by meeting the needs of people through compassionate evangelism, discipleship and ministry.

We strive to be a welcoming home for any that choose to be a guest with us. If you have any brokenness or any need, we are here for you. God is generous in His love to us so we want to be generous in our love and care for you.

 SOME  FAQS

Where should I park?

We are easily located on the corner of Perrine and Wackerly Roads in Midland, MI. When you arrive you can park in either the Wackerly or Perrine parking lot and look for the visitor parking spots that have been reserved just for you. You can enter at any door and someone will greet you and help you find your way from there!

Where do I go?

When you come into the sanctuary, someone will greet you and hand you a bulletin, which lists our basic order of service, and has weekly announcements and prayer requests.  You may sit wherever you like, and hopefully it won’t be long before someone else greets you and introduces themselves.  You will not be singled out as a visitor, but allowed to observe and participate as you desire.

What about our Children?

Sunday school begins at 9:00am and starting with an excellent nursery, there is something special for every age child from birth through high school!
For the 10:15 Sunday morning worship service there is safe, clean, and highly staffed nursery and childcare for those 5 years of age and younger. For the infants, mothers will receive a pager so that the nursery attendants can easily contact you if there is a need. For children three years old through third grade there are fun, friendly, and Bible-centered classes. These classes are staffed with trained, friendly, and well-qualified teachers and helpers who will make church exciting and memorable for your child.

What Are the Services Like?

The Sunday morning service starts at 10:15 am and is between 60 and 90 minutes in length. The morning worship includes singing, prayer, and a focus on Biblical preaching.

What Should I Wear?

There is not a dress code at Calvary for members or guests. Our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable during your visit.

Am I Expected to Participate in the Offering?

No. We don’t invite you to Calvary Baptist Church for your money. We want our service to be a gift to you. We hope you will find in this place a warm family spirit, truth from God’s Word, and a home where you can grow in God’s grace. Please do not feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.
